Are there any hidden fees/obligations?

What we quote you is what you pay (our service rates + GST).
We do not charge any admin, processing, transportation nor any other kind of additional fees.

Do I have to be here when the cleaning professional arrives?

We recommend that you welcome your cleaning professional on the first booking in order to orientate her around the house and to discuss your requirements.

What are your available timeslots?

We have morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (1-5pm), and evening (6-10pm) timeslots, and you can select any schedule that works best for you.

Can I cancel/reschedule a session?

We understand you may have a change of plans, please inform us at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment should you decide to cancel or reschedule.

This gives us enough time to rearrange the work of your scheduled cleaner, as a cancelled session would mean no work for them.

How do I pay for my session? What's your mode of payment?

Currently, our payment terms are as follows:

Ad-hoc: Payment will be collected once we finalise the booking for you
Scheduled: First Payment will be collected once we finalise the booking for you.

Subsequent payments will be collected on every Friday of the week after your first session

What packages do you offer for Regular Home Cleaning?

We provide weekly (recurring) cleaning, and one-time/ad hoc sessions.

For weekly cleaning, you will get the same cleaner every session.
For ad-hoc sessions, you will be assigned the closest available cleaner for your selected timeslot.

Do I have to provide the cleaning equipment for Regular Home Cleaning?

Yes.
We do not provide cleaning equipment for hygiene purposes - imagine a cleaner using a mop at your house that has mopped 50 other bathrooms.

If you don't have equipment, you can refer to our recommended equipment list to store at your house for our cleaners to use.

What is included in a standard home cleaning service?

A standard home cleaning service typically includes vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, taking out the trash, and making beds.

Can I request specific cleaning tasks?

Yes, most cleaning services allow you to customize your cleaning plan.
You can request specific tasks such as deep cleaning, window washing, or appliance cleaning. Be sure to communicate your needs when booking.

What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular home cleaning?

Deep cleaning is a more thorough service that goes beyond regular cleaning tasks. It includes detailed cleaning of areas that are often overlooked, such as baseboards, interior windows, and behind appliances.

Regular cleaning focuses on maintaining general cleanliness.

Do I have to provide the cleaning equipment for Deep Cleaning?

No.

For all our Deep Cleaning (Deep Cleaning, Move In/Move Out, Post Renovation) services, we will provide all the equipment needed to conduct the session. So all you need to do is book a slot, sit back, and let our cleaners transform your space.

What packages do you offer for Office Cleaning?

We provide ad-hoc & regular office cleaning services

Do I have to provide the cleaning equipment?

We can supply cleaning equipment or the office can supply the equipment themselves - it's up to your preference.

Please note that if we supply the equipment, we will require you to sign a longer commercial cleaning contract with us. If you decide to stop using our commercial cleaning services while you are using our equipment, we will send an authorised employee to retrieve the equipment we provided to you.

Is there a minimum service contract period?

The minimum service contract period is 3 months as long as you will supply your own cleaning materials. We can also supply our own commercial cleaning materials to you for a minimum service contract of 12 months.

Do you need to perform a site visit before quoting me?

We don't require a site visit to give you a quote if you can tell us the size of your office or commercial space.

If you have any special requests for our staff that would change the pricing of your package, we may need to perform a site visit.
